- At commencement (1 Oct 2002) all options were valued at $1.00
- The Conservative Growth option was introduced at 1 Jan 2010
- The Australian Shares and International Shares options were introduced at 1 May 2010
- Prices do not appear until an option is activated i.e. until a particular option was chosen by a member its price remained $1.00
