Trustee Board
The Trustee of AvSuper is AvSuper Pty Ltd (ABN 46 050 431 797), a professional corporate trustee company which ensures that the Fund operates in the best interests of all members.
The Trustee consists of a Board of eight Trustee Directors who are governed by the AvSuper Constitution and Trust Deed. They possess significant speciality expertise in the complexities of superannuation and the wider aviation industry. Trustee Directors must satisfy both propriety and competency requirements on appointment and thereafter.
Four of the Directors are nominated by the Principal Employer, Airservices
Australia (Ms Roper, Ms Goode, Mr Grant and Ms Allen) and four are nominated
by the ACTU (Mr Fisher, Mr Firkins, Mr Arnott and Mr Fishlock).
AvSuper's Trustee is supported by comprehensive risk management strategies,
plans and compliance programs.
