What’s new in AvSuper

We’re pleased to introduce some new functions on our website that we hope will make your life a little easier when it comes to making financial decisions.

AvChat

You can now chat to us online! Simply click on the AvChat icon at the top of most of AvSuper’s web pages and one of our Member Advice Consultants will be happy to answer your questions or point you towards the web page you’re looking for. If we happen to be out of the office or on another chat when you try, you can leave us a message and we’ll get back to you. All designed to be quick and easy when you just have a simple question, and don’t have time to pop into our office or pick up the phone.

Call me back

In the left menu of most of our web pages, you will now be able to see a ‘call us back’ button under the Member Online login. By clicking on this button, you will be able to complete a form requesting us to give you a phone call during our office hours. Very handy if you think of a question late at night but might forget to call us the next morning!

AvSuper is for all ages

We understand that when you’re young, retirement seems a long time away and thus somewhat irrelevant and boring. However, later it becomes very important and you may wish you had paid attention earlier!

Because we do understand the importance and long-term view needed to get the best out of your super, we want to focus on helping our younger members benefit, too.

We’re developing more fact sheets about super from the perspective of people of all ages – even dedicating our January 2014 bulletin to younger member issues.
