We are all in unprecedented times and adjusting to new ways of doing things. However, we wanted to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a happy and safe Easter at home, and to share some good news about our administration services.
Please note that AvSuper will be closed from 5pm Thursday 9 April and will reopen at 9am Tuesday 14 April. Member Online will be available throughout the Easter break and you can of course send us emails which we will respond to next week.
As we indicated in January, we undertook a comprehensive administration review. We are pleased to announce that we will be transferring our administration to Mercer Administration Services (Australia) Pty Ltd in October 2020 (although the date may move due to any future impact of COVID-19). Initially, members should notice very little change but we anticipate various improvements in efficiencies and technology options in the months after transition.
This transition will not change our member services team at all, so you can still contact Carl, Kong, Julie and Deb through our usual channels before and after the change of Administrator.
In the meantime, please enjoy your Easter break at home and stay well.
