As you are no doubt aware, we have successfully transitioned to a new administration service provider, and we look forward to sharing the benefits with you over the coming weeks.
AvSuper Online (or AOL) is our new online portal and can be accessed at avsuperonline.com.au and via the links on our website pages.
AOL is new so it looks different and has information in slightly different places, and you won’t see everything we had in the old portal as a few features are still being built to our specifications to give you a better online experience.
Accessing AvSuper Online (AOL)
The first time you access AOL, you will need to register to use it. This is an enhanced security measure to ensure greater protection for your account. By clicking on the AOL button on our website during this introductory period, you will be given the choice of registering or logging in (for subsequent visits):
As part of registering, you will receive a PIN as a SMS to your mobile phone. You can call us before registering to give us your mobile number if you know we don’t have it – otherwise, the PIN will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.

We’re working through other enhancements to AOL in the coming months so stay tuned for future updates on new features, such as a new retirement projection calculator.
