It is with great pleasure and pride that I announce the 2012 FEAL Executive Education
Scholarship has been awarded to our Governance Manager, Amy Ward.
Amy will spend five days at INSEAD (based in Singapore and one of the world’s leading business schools) in November 2012.
Amy will be examining critical principles of Managing Human Capital such as recruitment, motivational incentives and managing a diverse workforce. This unit is part of a Master’s Degree in Organisational Leadership.
“It is a great opportunity I am honoured to receive,” said Amy. “I am looking forward to learning more about diverse work practices and performance management, and having the ability to implement new ideas into AvSuper to keep the Fund flexible and innovative.”
Supported by AMP Capital, the scholarship was open only to successful superannuation executives with an undergraduate degree and at least eight years experience. The scholarship is valued at over $10,000 and will provide value for Amy and the AvSuper leadership team.
