30 June has come and gone, and we are more than half way through the unusual year that is 2020. It is a good time of year to review your finances with super statements coming out and tax returns due, and we remind you that our Member Advice Consultants are available online for personal appointments in a socially distant world.

--- IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION ---

We have moved to default electronic verification of members’ identity from 1 August. This offers more security and is also quicker and easier for members to provide.

--- COVID-19 UPDATE---

Remember that you can choose to withdraw less of your income stream this financial year under the Government's COVID-19 response.

Our system will automatically calculate your minimum payment for 2020-21 that allows for the COVID-19 reduction. However, you can easily change this by calling us or using the form attached to your annual payments letter (arriving soon!)

2020 has been a challenging year in many ways, including investment market volatility which we are likely to experience for the next couple of years. Markets tumbled in early 2020, but losses have largely been regained.
