Member Online is our secure portal for members to access their account details. Once logged in, you can view your transactions, switch investment options*, update your contact details, get a projection for your super and view your AvSuper insurance arrangements.

As part of a scheduled maintenance program, Member Online will be offline from 2am Saturday 24th March to approximately 4pm Sunday 25th March. We suggest logging in on Friday if you expect to need information this weekend, and apologise for any inconvenience.

Reminder: to log into Member Online, you will need your member number and PIN. If you have lost your PIN, simply request a new one from the member Online login page and we will send a new PIN to your recorded email address.
