Would you like to know when we add news to our site, without having to come and manually check?
We’re very pleased to announce that you can now get updates – it’s simple and it’s free so why not save yourself some time and stay in tune with what’s happening in super & AvSuper.
Your first option, and with the least ongoing effort for you, is to be emailed each time something new is added to our news page. Generally, we add some news once or twice a month so you won’t be getting daily emails from us – and we will only use your email address for these updates.
To susbcribe to these updates, simply fill in your email address in the box on the right hand column of our news page. You can unsubscribe at any time in the same way.
Your second option is to add AvSuper news items to an RSS feed on your computer. RSS means ‘really simple syndication’ and enables your computer to be updated as soon as we add to our news section (or as soon as it is turned on after we’ve added some news).
To add the AvSuper RSS feed to your computer, click on the link under ‘Computer updates’ in the right hand column of our news page. This will open a new page with a list of all AvSuper news under a yellow box. Within the yellow box, click on the ‘subscribe to this feed’.
Once subscribed, you can view any news items by choosing AvSuper from the appropriate drop down menu of your internet browser. Exactly how to view the feed will depend on your browser, for instance:
- For Internet Explorer, click on the yellow star left of the open tabs and choose the orange box to see a list of all feeds you have subscribed to, then select AvSuper
- for Mozilla Firefox, look in your bookmark menu or toolbar (if in the toolbar, you will see a list of headings when you hover on AvSuper so it is easy to see if there is new information.)
